This is a great little book that highlights what it takes to really get a business going and how much work it really takes to succeed. It's a quick read and I thoroughly enjoyed every page!

I hope these links help and you find the content interesting...if you do, or if you don't, please let all of us know what you think!

We've moved our RSS feed over to Feedburner, so our feed has changed. If you had previously signed up with Google Reader or another RSS Reader service, you will need to edit your feed.
Here's the new feed address:

Many of you, I'm sure, are starting to hear about the new social network Google+. Currently it has not been rolled out to the public, but here is the official tour page from Google. I thought you might like a quick peek... (click on the image to go to the tour page).

Facebook has not made getting content to your business page easy. Typically, information you try to push to your business page on Facebook often ends up on your personal page, and if you're like me, my personal page is just that--personal. My friends could not care about my tweets or blog posts for my business, and throwing them up on your personal wall can actually tick people off. So, if you use HootSuite, as I do, you can add both your Facebook personal page to post tweets to, and you can also add your Facebook Page, for your business.
I use HootSuite to automatically search my Webvantix RSS feed, and whenever it finds I've updated the blog, it will automatically post a link to the blog, along with the title, which can be customized. I also have HootSuite push Webvantix's posts directly to our Facebook Page wall as well. Nifty!

HootSuite offers the ability to add a Facebook Page to your account.
Here's how:
- Click the Launch Bar, go to "Settings", stay on the "Social Networks" tab,
- Click "Add Social Network". A window will pop up with a list of social networks on the left column.
- Click "Facebook Page"
- Click "Connect with Facebook".
*Be sure to click
Facebook Page, and
not Facebook. This usually gets your Facebook Fan page set up.
Caveat: while this will usually set your fan page up, we do not guarantee it will always work. See FAQ article:
Possible reasons you cannot add a Facebook fan page to HootSuite.
UPDATE: There are currently
known issues specifically with the Facebook Connect dialogue box. If you are experiencing problems with this, please consult
Facebook Help Center.
My thanks to HootSuite for being so responsive to my needs, which allowed me to share with you, this great feature!
I hope this little bit helps!
