TLC Properties of Springfield, Missouri had originally hired Webvantix after we cold-called them and showed them examples of our work.  Originally we were hired to create a new site for their Corporate Suites Business.  After the success of that website (TLC has booked over $30,000 in new revenue directly from the site in only four months), TLC decided to hire Webvantix to re-create their flagship site TLC Properties.com, as well as create a third site for an office building that has had available space for some time.  Just last week we launched the office site:  Bradford Place Offices.  Less than one week after launch they are already receiving calls from interested parties, who want to rent space.  This was a true homerun for TLC in this sluggish economy.  Here’s the site…we hope you like it:

We recently completed Harvco, of Anderson, Missouri.  Harvco is a 30+ year old company that realized it needed a way to highlight the jobs they’ve completed and the kind of work they do to their prospective customers of the future.  Please take a look at the site and let us know what you think.

Harvco is a 30 year old company that had come to the conclusion that it was necessary to have a website in order to showcase their services to their prospective customers.  Even though much of their business is word of mouth, people were still looking for additional information about the company, and they new a website would give them even more creditiblity.

We knew we needed a website, but we knew nothing about getting one started.  Webvantix worked with us to create exactly what we wanted.  They were professional and fast, and now we refer many of our prospective customers to our site.  Webvantix simply did a great job, we could not be happier.
